Refund & Return Policy – MyAuraBox

MyAuraBox deals primarily in customized and bulk B2B gifting solutions. Please read carefully:
Customized Products
- Once artwork/design is approved and production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
- Minor color or shade variations due to printing limitations are not considered defects.
Non-Customized Products
- Standard products may be returned only if defective/damaged and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Replacement (not refund) will be provided upon verification.
Delivery & Risk
- Goods are at buyer's risk once delivered. Shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours.
- MyAuraBox is not liable for delays caused by logistics providers or vendors.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds (in rare cases) will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment mode.
Exclusions
- No refunds or exchanges for consumables, packaging, external printing, or products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
