Terms & Conditions – MyAuraBox

By accessing or placing an order through www.myaurabox.com ("Site"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Business Nature

• MyAuraBox operates as a curator and reseller of gifting products, partnering with multiple vendors and brands.
• Product warranties, performance, and compliance are the responsibility of the respective vendors/manufacturers.

2. Orders & Customization

• Orders are processed only upon advance confirmation and artwork approval.
• Customization will be executed as per final approved artwork. Minor variations are industry standard.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are exclusive of GST unless specified.
• Payments must be made within agreed terms; overdue invoices attract 18% p.a. interest.

4. Delivery & Risk

• Title and risk transfer to the buyer upon delivery.
• Delays due to vendor production or third-party logistics are beyond our liability.

5. Limitation of Liability

• MyAuraBox's liability is strictly limited to the order value received.
• We are not liable for consequential losses, profit loss, or damages arising after delivery.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
